shrew-reconnect was built to avoid having to reconnect the Shrew Soft VPN client manually each time the connection drops. It also hides the Shrew Soft VPN client window and minimizes itself to the tray for a less intrusive VPNing experience. It will monitor the connection and try to reconnect if the connection drops.

Shrew-reconnect manages a Shrew Soft VPN client on windows ( ) and the VPN connection which it creates. Reconnects when the connection is dropped. Manages Shrew Soft VPN client and connection. the shrew client itself hasn't been maintained for about 5 years now. I've noticed the usage of the application decline, I'm also no longer using it myself. Thanks to those that contributed issues, code and to the users. As it stands, the application achieves the original requirements. Please note that I will no longer be maintaining this project.
